Stupid weather

Hey everyone just wanted to let you know unfortunately there won’t be a new episode tonight. A nasty cold or something has been kicking my head in for the past few days. Don’t fret though! I have something super great lined up for next weekend. In the meantime, it’s back to dayquil/nyquil, Skyrim and sleep.

Mmm… Skyrim. The cure for what ails you, be it a cold, being well rested, or having a job!

Skyrim has played a huge part in helping me to forget that my chest felt like it had a cinder block lodged in it. That game is amazing. Considering I played Oblivion for about 200+ hours, I don’t see myself getting bored with Skyrim any time soon.

      • Cristiona:

Oh, you and me both. By the time I did Oblivion’s main quest, I’d already done pretty much everything else in the world. And considering how huge Skyrim looks, it’s gonna be weeks before my quest list shrinks. I mean, seriously, I had about 12 quests and after finishing three of them, I then had about 15.

It’s like I’m wearing a sign on my back saying, “Ask me about your petty concerns”

        • Cecil:

Right now I’m just working on some of the side quests and I’ll get back to the main eventually. I seem to have upset the Dark Brotherhood, as they keep sending assassins to dispatch me. Thankfully, they are gigantic wussies at this point and I kill them easily. The only thing that was giving me trouble is those stupid ice wraiths that often travel in pairs.

I have a busy weekend ahead. I have to work on Sunday’s episode, plus the obvious holiday stuff. I’m hoping I can squeeze in at least a few hours on black friday.

          • Cristiona:

Huh. I got jumped by a trio of thugs once, but I don’t think they were Brotherhood. Apparently some shopkeeps will send out goon squads to kick your ass when you clean them out.

            Or, you know, die horribly.

        • Cecil:

I haven’t been jumped in a while but I’ve been underground the past while looking for these stupid books for the library. Fighting dragons one minute, collecting overdue library books the next. What a world.

Get well soon. I wish there was a game like skyrim out everytime I got sick.

    • Cecil:

Thanks! I’m feeling better. Voice is still a bit rough but at least I can breathe. It was just good timing on the getting sick part. Spending the past few days in Skyrim definitely took my mind off how lousy I felt.

Oooooo can we get a hint on the superawesome thing?
